Use gender neutral language. Use long quotes sparingly. You should write the paper and not simply connect quotes. Use only short tables and charts in the body of the paper. Longer tables and related material should go in an Appendix. Number your pages. When you turn the paper in, staple it. Do not use plastic covers, ring binders etc. Use a staple in the corner. One inch margins. 11 or 12 pitch font Use MLA, APA or ASA format. |
