Purpose of the Final ProposalAfter submitting the Draft Proposal to the Professor, the
Professor will return that writing with comments.
The purpose of the Final Proposal is to refine and
improve the Draft Proposal in preparation for the final
    assignment.
Respond to the Professor's comments on the Draft
Proposal and continue to refine the top, the thesis and
    the sub-sections of the assignment.

Parameters of the Final ProposalFirst, use the same format and methodology as applies to
the Draft Proposal, as discussed previously.
Second, when turning in the Final Proposal, neatly staple
the Draft Proposal and the Professor's Grade Sheet to
the back.  Thus the writer is handing in:
- the Final Proposal
- the Draft Proposal
- the Grade Sheet from the Draft Proposal
