I usually present each year at either the American Society of Criminology or American Criminal Justice Academy since 1996.

In 1998 I presented papers at the annual meetings of both the American Society of Criminology and the American Criminal Justice Academy.

For 1999, I will have a paper presentation in Canada, with one of my colleagues, at the annual meeting of American Society of Criminology this November. The topic will be related to American college students’ perception of crime.

An essay, “Issue in domestic violence: Comparing wife abuse in Taiwan and the United States” was accepted for publication in the book of International Criminal Justice: Issues in Global Perspectives in 1999 by Allyn & Bacon Publishing Co.
