It is my pleasure to welcome you to The University of Virginia’s College at Wise. Whether you are new to campus or returning, I encourage you to find your unique place in the UVa-Wise community.
In being a part of this community, you are never alone. UVa-Wise offers an abundance of resources to assist you in making the most of your college experience. Know that there are numerous offices and people that will assist you in any situation you may encounter.
In addition to wonderful resources, you will also find that our campus holds many possibilities. I would encourage each of you to take advantage of the many opportunities that you will find to be involved on this campus. Whether it is through clubs and organizations, intramurals, intercollegiate athletics, or becoming involved on your hall, you will find that your participation plays a major role in your college experience.
