Make-Up Form |

All assignments are due by 2 PM of the due date & should be composed in Word, Excel, or SPSS as required, & put in the drop box in Blackboard Your first missed assignment made not be made up; the grade is omitted. Or if the student completes all assignments on time, one may choose to eliminate the lowest grade. Each late assignment after the first missed / omitted assignment will be docked 10 % per day. The day count for missed exams begins as soon as the student is well enough to return to school. Furthermore, because each assignment's due date is clearly stated in the syllabus, only extraordinary excuses are acceptable. The student should plan ahead & anticipate that there may be difficulties which could delay timely completion of the assignment. Missed projects may not be made up. The first missed project is
not averaged in. Unexcused missed projects earn a zero.
