Convergence
Theory
1. If convergence theory is true, what is the implication
for the strength or power of a collective action?
That is if "convergence" goes
up, does the power of a collective action go up or down?
2. Could the effect of convergence be more true
in some instances of collective action that others? Why?
3. Allport posits: People rationalize/justify their
participation/ letting-down of inhibitions through THREE methods
To what extent is each one of
these true? Why?
