Your overall task is to compare the culture & social structures of the Mid Ages, & the Post Industrial Age as depicted in the two versions of Romeo & Juliet.  

First, give an example of how a cultural or structural feature is the same or different in the two time periods. 

Are the depictions in the movies accurate, i.e. are these similarities / differences real or would they not occur in the real world?  

Second, how do these cultural or structural factors impact society?  One good way to do this part of the analysis is to discuss how society would be different if this factor were different.
