2.  Write a research question, hypothesis or thesis w/ 2 or more variables

3.  Write a survey with 10 inquiries. 

4.  Label each question as to which variable(s) it addresses

5. Use the Likert Scale as much as possible 

6. Label each question as demographics, actions, knowledge or sentiments

7.  Use your notes to develop the proper methodological considerations for writing a survey.
