Name of the Project:   Whose Rights Are Right?

1. What is the relationship between the rights of the inorganic Earth, plants and animals, on the one hand, and human rights to utilize those resources, on the other hand?

2. How are these rights different for the various interest groups?  You should specifically look at industry, government regulatory agencies, environmentalists, recreationists, and a number of groups within the general population.

3. Have these rights changed over time?  If so, how?

4. Is this relationship (between the rights of the Earth, plants, and animals), in your opinion, balanced? Why or why not?

5. Would you make any recommendations for change?
