develop, code, test, and implement software on the HP3000 mini-computer using the Cognos PowerHouse software development package and COBOL. Setup and help maintain user accounts for the HP 3000 computer system. Compile and structure data files on disk, tape and Internet for governmental agencies and internal departments. Perform Image database maintenance on the HP 3000 using third party software. Provide user training and support for:  Computing Options Company's (COCO) Admissions, Registration, Student Accounts Receivable, Student Housing and Financial Aid sofware; Internet use and web page development; e-mail; Microsoft Office '97 and 2000; Windows '95, Windows '98 and Windows NT, Windows 2000; MiniSoft; Reflection; and other PC based systems.
